tool, a member of our support team can view your desktop and share control of your
mouse and keyboard to get you on your way to a solution. In most cases not having to
travel out to you will get your problem solved faster!!

How to Get Support:
This service is available to customers of Micro Plus Solutions only.

Service Options and Pricing
1) 12 Month Service (Most economical option)
$145.00 Inc GST provides unlimited session connection within 12 Months of your contract starting date.
Normal Remote Service Rates apply for the time taken to resolve you computer or software issue.

2) Casual Per Session Service
$47.00 Inc GST each time you require a session connection. (Includes the 1st 15min.)
Normal Remote Service Rates apply for the time taken to resolve you computer or software issue.

How It Works:

Step 1:

Once you are on the phone with Michael you will be directed back to this page after your support representative provides you with a unique connection code. You will then enter the code in the field below and click the Click Here button to initiate the screen-sharing session.

Step 2:

You are prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in.

Step 3:

With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.

Step 4:

You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.

Type the code you received from your Representative and click the button to proceed.
